Reservation Policy : 

 

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required as a guarantee. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the transfer.

The balance is due 45 days before the arrival date.

Tourist taxes are subject to additional payment on site.

 

Cancellation Policy : 

 

Any cancellation or modification request must be addressed by email.

All bookings are final; we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.

The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation within 45 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount is owed to GLOMA AGENCY.

No-show : 100% of the total amount is owed to GLOMA AGENCY.

 

Rental Conditions : 

 

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking inside the house is prohibited.

The house must be returned in the condition it was in at check-in. Otherwise, an additional fee may be charged to the client.

Parents are responsible for supervising their children despite the security measures in place.

The pool is unsupervised.

 

Check-in : 5:00 PM / Check-out : 11:00 AM

A security deposit of €1500 is required by check or bank transfer upon arrival.
