The capacity of these rooms can be increased to 4 people for the first (with a fold-out sofa bed) and 3 people for the second (with the addition of an extra bed).

On the upper floor :

4 bedrooms including a large suite ;

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with Italian showers and the possibility of a hammam, and a bathtub for the largest with a stunning view of Sant'Antonino ;

Each bedroom has a television and a desk. This estate offers all the services of a 4-star hotel, including daily housekeeping and breakfast available at an additional cost.

A terrace with a large raw oak table (capacity 20 people) ;

A large heated pool with a pool house and shaded lounge ;

A relaxation area with a pizza oven ;

A large garden with fruit trees and a secure well ;

Stroll as much as you like in the private woods and olive grove.

Magnificent walks can be taken from the house to the villages of Balagne: Santa-Reparata, Felicetu, Sant'Antonino. A car is essential to stay in this magical place.

Reservation Policy :

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required as a guarantee. The reservation is confirmed once the transfer is received.

The balance is due 45 days before the arrival date.

Tourist taxes are subject to additional payment on site.

Cancellation Policy :

Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent by email.

All bookings are final; we advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

The reservation deposit is never refunded in case of cancellation.

Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival : 100% of the total amount is due to GLOMA AGENCY.

No-show : 100% of the total amount is due to GLOMA AGENCY.

Rental Conditions :

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

The house must be returned in the condition it was at check-in. Otherwise, an additional charge may be billed to the client.

Parents must supervise their children despite the safety devices in place.

The pool is secured but swimming is unsupervised.

Check-in : 5:00 PM / Check-out : 11:00 AM

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total stay amount is payable by check or transfer upon arrival.
