Reservation Policy : 

 

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required as a guarantee. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the transfer.

The balance is due 45 days before the arrival date.

Local tourist taxes are payable separately on-site.

 

Cancellation Policy : 

 

All cancellation and modification requests must be addressed via email.

All bookings are final; we advise purchasing cancellation insurance.

The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation within 45 days of arrival: 100% of the total amount is owed to GLOMA AGENCY.

No-show : 100% of the total amount is owed to GLOMA AGENCY.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking inside the house is prohibited.

The house must be returned in the condition it was checked in. Otherwise, an additional fee may be charged to the client.

Parents are responsible for supervising their children despite the available security measures.

The swimming pool is unsupervised.
