Reservation Policy :

 

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required as a guarantee. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the transfer.

The balance is due 45 days before the arrival date.

Local tourist taxes are payable separately on-site.

 

Cancellation Policy : 

 

All cancellation and modification requests must be addressed via email.

All bookings are final; we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.

The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation within 45 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount is due to GLOMA AGENCY.

No-show: 100% of the total amount is due to GLOMA AGENCY.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking inside the house is prohibited.

The house must be returned in the condition it was at check-in; otherwise, an additional fee may be charged to the client.

Parents are responsible for supervising their children despite installed safety measures.

The swimming pool is unsupervised.

A security deposit of €15,000 is required by cheque or bank transfer upon arrival.
