Reservation Policy :
At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required as a guarantee. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the transfer.
The balance is due 45 days before the arrival date.
Tourist taxes are subject to an additional payment on site.
Cancellation Policy :
Any cancellation or modification request must be sent by email.
All bookings are final; we advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Cancellation within 45 days before arrival : 100% of the total amount is owed to GLOMA AGENCY.
No-show : 100% of the total amount is owed to GLOMA AGENCY.
Rental Conditions :
Pets are allowed.
The property is not suitable people with reduced mobility.
Smoking indoors is prohibited.
The house must be returned in the condition it was at check-in. Otherwise, an additional fee may be charged to the client.
It is the responsibility of parents to supervise their children despite the security measures in place.
The pool is unsupervised.

A deposit of €2,000 is required by the owner, payable by check or bank transfer.
