Reservation Policy : 

 

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required as a guarantee. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the transfer.

The remaining balance is due 45 days before the arrival date.

Local tourist taxes are payable separately upon arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy : 

 

All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted via email.

All bookings are final. We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.

The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount is payable to GLOMA AGENCY.

No-show : 100% of the total amount is payable to GLOMA AGENCY.

 

Rental Conditions : 

 

Animals are not permitted.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Parents are responsible for supervising their children despite installed safety measures.

The swimming pool is unsupervised.
